Seitai Day in Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona)
Center Seitai and Centre Crisàlida, we have agreed to hold a Seitay Day in Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona), on June 30th.
The activity will consist of offering basic orientacions on Seitai Culture: katsugen undo, Yuki and Gyoki based on five movements.

Location: Center Crisàlida. Hospital, 3 – 1st floor. Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona)
Classes begin at 10:30 am and continue until 14:00 am . The second session begins at 16:00 pm until 19:00 pm

SEITAI Tuesday: katsugen, yuki and gyoki practice meeting
Tuesday from 18:30 p.m. to 20:30p.m.
Face-to-face.
No registration or prior knowledge is required.
Wednesday Music and SEITAI: meeting to fell the vibration of classical music from the sensitivity of each of the five oseis.
Second Wednesday of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Face-to-face and online.
No registration or prior knowledge is required.
SEITAI Saturdays: meeting of katsugen, yuki and gyoki practices and observation of the osei: the especific interrelation in the human being, of the energetic, the physical, the biological, the psychic and the mental defined by the five movements of the Universe.
Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Face-to-face and online.Presencial y online. Training certificate will be issued.
No registration or prior knowledge is required.
Individual attention: yuki aimed at reducing excessive tension, the internal cause of phisycal disorder and mental discomfort, and recovering the connection with the spontaneous self.
